AW21 ADRIEL DRAPE COAT - OBSIDIAN

DESCRIPTION:

Our hero piece for this A/W 21 season, the Adriel Coat is made in an exclusive limited edition, becoming a timeless piece to travel with you through many journeys and last for years to come. Hand crafted in Melbourne with an unexpected mix of luxe fibres, Italian wool coating is juxtaposed with durable viscose ponti heavy knit to create a comforting blanket inspired shape to keep you warm yet stylish.

The asymmetric square draped collar is a feature of the Adriel Coat which gives it a unique versatility to be worn in various ways, either falling open or finding your favourite way to button it at the shoulder to create a sculptural drape. When buttoned down at both the shoulder and chest, it creates a cosy double layer much like a neck scarf. The Coat holds large angled patch pockets to slouch hands into, as well as an inner chest pocket for valuables.

A spliced hemline is accentuated with front and back splits for ease of movement, featuring our signature Hong Kong inspired double fold seams to create bold angled lines which shape across the body in a flattering way. Wide cut kimono inspired sleeves give room for layering, ending in a wide faced cuff which can be rolled up with button tabs if a three quarter length is preferred.

Fine detailing includes an impeccably finished interior with a deep set yoke facing and clean bound seams throughout. Collar and sleeve button tabs are finished with sturdy key hole buttonholes, complemented by quality matte finish buttons. Hems and edges are double folded and topstitched for a sleek look.

CARE:

Dry Cleanable, spot clean with damp cloth and mild detergent as necessary. 
Gentle cool hand wash separately. Hang to dry in shade. Do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat.
