We currently offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Australia.
We are proud to be using HERO Packaging for our Online orders, which is a compostable and biodegradable shipping mailer.
We use biodegradeable packaging tape for our Online orders.
We use Australia Post as our preferred courier within Australia.

Auspost usually takes 3 – 7 business days to deliver depending on your location.
For Missed Parcels : If the driver attempted delivery but no one was home, there are a few options to collect your parcel with Auspost HERE.
FOR AUSPOST: We recommended providing a work address (including business name), to ensure someone is there to receive the parcel. If no one is there to receive the parcel, a delivery card is left at the door and the parcel is taken to your nearest post office for you to collect. JUDE will not be held responsible for any theft of parcels.
For EXPRESS deliveries, we also offer the option of Auspost Express Post which is estimated next business day delivery and includes online tracking for the low flat rate of $10 AUD.

We post our products within 48 hours if they are ready to ship, and made to order items may take up to 2 weeks to post, see individual product descriptions for details.

All Local Online Sales which are ready for dispatch ( ie. not custom made) within a 5 km radius of our Fitzroy Flagship Store will now enjoy FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY which is dispatched personally by JUDE and team!
To keep physical distancing safety guidelines, we will ask you to specify a safe place to leave your parcel, and we will send you a text once we have dropped it off.
All our orders are packaged in custom JUDE Packaging which is biodegradable and recyclable.

We currently offer International Shipping at a low flat rate of $40 AUD.

Transit time for all international orders is estimated according to the zone you are in:
Zone 1 - New Zealand | 4-7 working days
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 10-15 working days
Zone 3 - Rest of the world | Up to 20 working days
