Shipping within Australia

• We currently offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Australia.
  
  
• We are proud to be using HERO Packaging for our Online orders, which is a compostable and biodegradable shipping mailer.
  
  
• Our regular mail parcels are delivered by Sendle, which is Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service.
  
  
• The Sendle mailing service is fully trackable online at https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking
  
  
• Sendle usually takes 3 – 7 business days to deliver depending on your location.
  
  
• FOR SENDLE: If the driver attempted delivery but no one was home, or it wasn’t safe to leave the parcel unattended, the re-delivery process is simple:
  - The driver will leave a card and scan the parcel if it’s available for redelivery.
  - The receiver will get an email notification (if their email address was used for the original booking).
  -The receiver will follow the instructions and book a redelivery.
  -If it’s not booked for redelivery within five days, the parcel will be returned to our store.
  
  
• For EXPRESS deliveries, we also offer the option of Auspost Express Post which is estimated next business day delivery and includes online tracking for the low flat rate of $10 AUD.
  
  
• FOR AUSPOST: We recommended providing a work address (including business name), to ensure someone is there to receive the parcel. If no one is there to receive the parcel, a delivery card is left at the door and the parcel is taken to your nearest post office for you to collect. JUDE will not be held responsible for any theft of parcels.

• We post our products within 24 hours if they are ready to ship, and made to order items may take up to 2 weeks to post, see individual product descriptions for details.

• All Local Online Sales which are ready for dispatch ( ie. not custom made) within a 5 km radius of our Fitzroy Flagship Store will now enjoy FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY which is dispatched personally by JUDE and team!
  
  
• To keep physical distancing safety guidelines, we will ask you to specify a safe place to leave your parcel, and we will send you a text once we have dropped it off.
  
  
• All our orders are packaged in custom JUDE Packaging which is biodegradable and recyclable.

Worldwide Shipping

• We currently offer International Shipping at a low flat rate of $40 AUD.

• Transit time for all international orders is estimated according to the zone you are in:
  Zone 1 - New Zealand | 4-6 working days
  Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days
  Zone 3 - Rest of the world | 10-15 working days
  

• You may have to pay additional taxes or import duties depending on your country. JUDE is not liable for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

• If you require a faster shipping option (Australia Post - Courier Post International), please contact us at info@designbyjude.com prior to placing your order. Extra charges do apply.
